This Disclaimer explains the nature and limitations of the Service. It does not exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
1. Informational Purpose
HUXW is an independent job-discovery service focused on UX Writing, UX Copywriting, Content Design, Conversation Design, UX Localisation and related roles.
Job listings, descriptions, articles, alerts and other materials made available through the Service are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute career, legal, financial, immigration, tax or other professional advice.
You should obtain appropriate professional advice where necessary and make your own assessment before relying on information published through the Service.
2. Human Curation Is Not Verification
HUXW uses human review to find, assess and select roles before sharing them.
This editorial review is intended to improve relevance and quality. It does not constitute formal verification, certification, due diligence or a guarantee that a listing, employer, recruiter or opportunity is complete, accurate, legitimate, suitable or still available.
Selection or publication by HUXW does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of any employer, recruiter or opportunity.
3. Third-Party Job Information
Job information originates from employers, applicant-tracking systems, recruitment platforms and other third-party sources.
Although we take reasonable steps to share relevant and current opportunities, employers and third parties may edit, close, pause, fill, replace or remove listings without notifying HUXW. Details including location, salary, responsibilities, eligibility requirements, working arrangements and application deadlines may change.
You should confirm all material information through the employer’s official website or authorised recruitment channel before applying, relocating, resigning from employment, incurring expenses or making another decision based on a listing.
4. No Guarantee of Employment
HUXW does not guarantee that using the Service or applying for a listed role will result in a response, interview, offer, employment, particular level of compensation, visa sponsorship, relocation assistance or any other outcome.
Unless expressly stated in the relevant listing or service description, HUXW does not review applications, interview candidates, negotiate offers, make hiring decisions or participate in employment relationships.
Where HUXW provides recruitment or hiring support, the nature and extent of its role will be clearly disclosed. Unless HUXW is expressly identified as the hiring employer, the relevant employer retains sole responsibility for the final hiring decision and the resulting employment relationship.
5. Direct and External Links
HUXW provides links to third-party websites, including employer career pages, applicant-tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
These websites operate independently and may display advertisements, pop-ups, sponsored material or other promotional content. They also have their own content, terms, privacy policies, cookies, tracking practices, accessibility standards and security measures.
Advertising or sponsored material displayed on a third-party website is provided or controlled by that website or another third party, not by HUXW. HUXW does not receive responsibility for, or control over, such advertising merely because it links to the website.
HUXW is not responsible for the availability, operation, content or practices of third-party websites, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise. A link from HUXW does not constitute an endorsement of the relevant website, employer, recruiter, advertisement, product or service.
6. No Relationship With Employers
Unless expressly stated, HUXW is not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorised by, employed by or acting as an agent or representative of any employer or recruiter whose role appears through the Service.
Publishing a listing does not give HUXW authority to make statements, commitments, warranties or contractual promises on behalf of an employer or recruiter.
Company names, job titles, trade marks and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify and describe the relevant organisation or opportunity. No ownership, sponsorship or endorsement should be inferred from such use.
7. Applications and Personal Information
You are responsible for deciding whether to apply for a role and what information to provide during an application or recruitment process.
Before submitting personal, financial, identity, immigration or banking information, confirm that you are communicating through the employer’s legitimate website or an authorised recruitment channel.
HUXW does not require payment to access a listing, apply for a role, secure an interview or receive an employment offer. A payment request made by someone claiming to represent HUXW should be treated as suspicious and reported to us.
HUXW is not responsible for personal information submitted directly to an employer, recruiter, applicant-tracking system or other third party. The relevant third party’s privacy notice applies to information submitted through its website or service.
8. Employer and Recruiter Conduct
Unless HUXW’s involvement is expressly stated in the relevant listing or service description, communications, applications, interviews, assessments, offers, agreements, disputes and employment relationships take place solely between the user and the relevant employer or recruiter.
Where HUXW provides recruitment or hiring support, its responsibilities are limited to the activities clearly disclosed.
HUXW does not control and is not responsible for an employer’s or recruiter’s representations, communications, hiring practices, workplace conditions, payments, background checks, treatment of candidates or employment decisions, except to the extent that applicable law imposes responsibility on HUXW for its own conduct.
9. Eligibility and Work Authorisation
Unless expressly stated, HUXW does not confirm whether an employer offers visa sponsorship, relocation assistance, remote-working eligibility or permission to work from a particular country.
You are responsible for confirming that you satisfy all applicable legal, geographical, professional, licensing, qualification, immigration and work-authorisation requirements.
References to “remote”, “worldwide” or similar working arrangements should not be interpreted as confirmation that an employer can lawfully employ a candidate in every country.
10. Job-Scam Awareness
Job scams may imitate legitimate employers, recruiters and listings.
Exercise particular caution if anyone requests payment, banking information, identity documents, cryptocurrency, gift cards, equipment purchases or other sensitive information before a legitimate recruitment process has taken place.
If an opportunity or communication appears suspicious, stop communicating and verify it independently through the employer’s official website using contact information obtained separately from the person who contacted you.
HUXW cannot guarantee that human review will identify every fraudulent, misleading or compromised listing.
11. Reporting Listings and Content
You may report an inaccurate, expired, misleading, suspicious or potentially unlawful listing to feedback@hireuxw.com.
We may investigate, correct, label, suspend or remove reported material at our discretion. However, receiving a report does not mean that HUXW accepts liability, agrees with the report or guarantees a particular action or response time.
Nothing in this section limits any obligation HUXW may have under applicable law.
12. Availability and Changes to the Service
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service, any particular listing or any external link will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors.
Where reasonably practicable, we may correct material errors brought to our attention. We do not guarantee that every error, broken link or expired listing will be identified or corrected immediately.
13. Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HUXW is not responsible for loss or damage caused by:
- inaccurate, incomplete, altered or expired third-party listings;
- decisions made independently by employers, recruiters or other third parties;
- unsuccessful applications or missed opportunities;
- third-party websites, advertising, tracking or security practices;
- scams, impersonation, fraud or unauthorised use of personal information by third parties;
- a user’s failure to verify material information or eligibility requirements; or
- events reasonably outside HUXW’s control.
Where HUXW is legally responsible for loss or damage, its liability will not be excluded or limited to the extent that doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot lawfully be excluded, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or any mandatory statutory or consumer right.
14. No Waiver of Mandatory Rights
This Disclaimer does not override any mandatory rights or protections available under applicable consumer-protection, data-protection, employment, anti-discrimination or other laws.
If any part of this Disclaimer conflicts with a mandatory legal right, that right will prevail and the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update this Disclaimer to reflect changes to HUXW, its practices or applicable legal requirements.
The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Changes will apply from the stated effective date and will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen under applicable law.
